Sizing and sales promotion
I love the Blizzard Hoodie, however, prior to purchasing I reached out to Saint James customer service to get a size recommendation. I gave the size that I wear in the Phare top and asked for the comparable size for the hoodie. The hoodie is a snugger fit than the Phare and I would have preferred the next size. Unfortunately I used a Saint James email promotion discount that I received by email. The promotion was for prior customers. My confirmation invoice for the purchase did not say final sale…and the blizzard was not on sale. When the shipment arrived the packing slip was stamped “Final Sale”. I sent an email to Saint James to see if I could exchange for a larger size since the hoodie was still selling for full price but never received a response.
