The order confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your payment has been confirmed. If you do not receive anything after your order, remember to check your spam folder.
You do not need to create an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account makes it quicker to place an order by saving your profile information and address book. You can also track your order history in your account.
You can add a gift note and/or gift packaging to your order. The message is printed on a note card and placed in an envelope. The gift packaging consists of a branded box and tissue paper.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to New York State, as per current rates and State policies. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
If for any reason you must cancel an order, please contact our customer service by phone (646) 422 1190 or email at hello@saint-james.com. Please note that we can not cancel an order after it has been shipped.
A confirmation email including your order’s tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. You may check the status of your order by visiting the UPS website or directly from your account on Saint-James.com.

No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information and click "order now" on the final review page, we will give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been received within a few minutes. Another email will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped and we have charged your credit card.
We accept the following: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and ShopPay. Payments are secured by an SSL certificate.
Yes, you will receive an email receipt when you place the order and a printed packing slip will be included in your package when your order ships. It can be used to return merchandise. If you have created an account, you will also find your order history by logging into the My Account section of the website.
