Being an American, I upsized from Large to XXL. This resulted in a satisfactory fit, and I’m pleased with it. During Winter, I wear a sweater under vests, which increase the warmth, so having extra room for my arms to move helps comfort. This vest is both warm and comfortable. I also love the generous hood. It’s also very well suited to lowered indoor temps, heating costs being what they are. All-in-all, a great purchase. MERCI!
